Millennium Falcon Suncatcher

This has to be the most unusual and my favourite item from my recent haul of Millennium Falcon related goodies. It’s a Millennium Falcon suncatcher. I don’t know what it is or what it does, but i’ve never seen or heard of these before. It looks OK as it’s still in it’s packaging. There is some slight wear and tear to the back of the packaging, but other than that, it looks perfect. Does anyone know what these are or what they do?

I need to look for another one to use. icruise and Mike have both posted photos of their suncatchers in the comments. Very nice. icruise has also just picked up a couple of Gamorrean Guards for his Mighty Jabba collection and they really come up nicely. (Click on the link below to check it out.)

20/11/10: I collected this today and in great condition. Definately a great item and i would really like to get another one to make up now. (I got a nice little Bantha Tracks patch too.)

Wow, ok that’s pretty cool and unusual.

  2. Here’s a couple of photos of the Falcon sun catcher, packaged, and “in action!”

Thank you for posting this picture! I have 7 of the Empire Strikes back suncatcher series. They are all finished with the baking and melting process so I have no original packages. I was curious who made them and how many molds are in this series. It appears I am missing four.
