These licenced Star Wars Cityscape models from 4dPuzz are new to me and seem to be a papercraft style model. I really like them and I’m really hoping to be able to add the Millennium Falcon to my collection soon.

Made from 1.85mm thick “Precision Core-Gate” technology, the Falcon model comes in 216 pieces and is scaled at 1:72 (18.82″ by 13.7″ by 9.76″).

Each kit comes with a full instruction booklet, a tube of glue (needed for the final steps of the assembly) and a display stand and is supposed to take 4 hours to build/

The model retails for $54.99 and looks like a lot of fun.
There are a few other Star Wars models in the range, including a Star Destroyer, Tie Fighter, Tie X-1, Tie Interceptor, X-Wing and AT-AT. The site says that they’re sold out, but I’m hoping that’s because the licences isn’t valid yet.

I picked one up from Amazon. It’s surprisingly weighty and the packaging is really nice. I’ll pick up a second one for me to build and i hope there is a Sequel Trilogy and a Solo version released later in the line. (I’d love a Stellar Envoy exclusive, but i doubt Disney would allow it.)
Rebelscum have a nice video at the 4dPuzz stand at SDCC this year.
