“Over The Mountains” by Bryan David Snuffer

I came across this original acrylic painting called “Over The Mountains” by Bryan David Snuffer on his StoreEnvy shop.

“Han Solo cruises over the mountains of Tatooine to his new employment with Jabba the Hutt.” I think that there’s a real sense of flight and motion in this painting. The sense of a new adventure about to begin.

I think that It’s rather nice and I am quite taken with it. Unfortunately, I’m still paying off my wonderful Death Star Escape original painting, so with an asking price of $1, 200, I can’t afford to pick it up just yet.

The painting itself is signed by the artist and is 12″ by 24″ and ships unframed.

I think It’d be a wonderful companion piece to Kevin Weber’s Kashyyyk Homecoming.

Kashyyyk Homecoming

It kind of wraps the Original Trilogy. Pre “A New Hope” and post “Return of the Jedi”. The two would display nicely together, don’t you think?

About mffanrodders

A keen Star Wars collector since 1977, my collection focus seems to have taken on a turn towards Han Solo's iconic Star Ship. Why the Millennium Falcon? No one else seemed to have one at the time and it was fair to say that i had difficulty resisting the higher end models. My friend, icruise from Rebelscum has a superb blog for his Jabba the Hutt collection, I thought that i'd start this blog to chart my own collection of Millennium Falcon related collectibles as it increases.
