DeAgostini: Build The Millennium Falcon; Issue 13

So my latest batch of DeAgostini’s Build The Millennium Falcon came through today and the first thing to note is the free Han Solo figurine, which I’m led to believe is made by Attakus.

imageIt’s about 20 centimetres tall and the likeness isn’t great, but it’s free. I would’ve preferred something more Millennium Falcon related. Unfortunately, our friends in the US don’t get this freebie.

The magazines in this set are very good and include lots of new images and graphics that I haven’t seen before. The parts in this issue are piping for the main hold and more hull parts

The cover has a great close up of the cockpit that really shows up the level of detail on this build.

imageOverall, it’s another great magazine and I’m continually impressed with the model and the magazine. I love the way that this is all coming together and it shows a lot of planning and preparation.

About mffanrodders

A keen Star Wars collector since 1977, my collection focus seems to have taken on a turn towards Han Solo's iconic Star Ship. Why the Millennium Falcon? No one else seemed to have one at the time and it was fair to say that i had difficulty resisting the higher end models. My friend, icruise from Rebelscum has a superb blog for his Jabba the Hutt collection, I thought that i'd start this blog to chart my own collection of Millennium Falcon related collectibles as it increases.
