I’ve seen this at various model and toy shops over the years and i honestly don’t know why i didn’t get one before. I was browsing through the Forbidden Planet website and figured that i should pick one up before Episode VII merchandise takes over.

There are other variations of packaging that i may look for on slow collecting months, but i can’t see that happening for a long time. I’m not a modeller, so this will stay in the box.

There are many other kits out there that are a lot better, but you have to pay the price for them. This one was £35 and with only 523 parts and no glue required, it is ideal for a quick father and son project.
