In addition to the Asteroid and Death Star Surface dioramas, Portumac has created this Hoth diorama base for the Master Replicas Millennium Falcon model. Now, the  naysayer in you might complain that this is just a repaint of the Asteroid base. However, that paint job is gorgeous and the dusting of snow is very effective. The Starting bid for this is $450 with the buy it now price at $600.

I love all of his creations and would love to add them in my collection, but i just can’t get over how low the Falcon is. It’s a real shame that the support/power strut can’t be entended by a couple of inches.

Also, as a proud owner of a Signature Edition, it’s a shame there’s no space for the signature plaque. Still a small complaint and i am jealous of anyone fortunate enough to pick one of these up.
