Steampunk “Millennium Zeppelin” image by Christopher Kawagiwa

I’ve been looking for a decent representation of the Millennium Falcon in a steampunk style for some time now, but have never been able to find one. Until now.

Rebelscum posted this awesome design by Christopher Kawagiwa.

It’s available as a tee shirt on mighty fine or visit his shop on Etsy. (I don’t see it there, but i have contacted him to see if he intends to release it as a print.) 🙂

About mffanrodders

A keen Star Wars collector since 1977, my collection focus seems to have taken on a turn towards Han Solo's iconic Star Ship. Why the Millennium Falcon? No one else seemed to have one at the time and it was fair to say that i had difficulty resisting the higher end models. My friend, icruise from Rebelscum has a superb blog for his Jabba the Hutt collection, I thought that i'd start this blog to chart my own collection of Millennium Falcon related collectibles as it increases.

  1. As a print, this would be a no-brainer: insta-buy.

As a shirt, it’s kind of, if you’ll pardon the slang, meh.

Yeah, i’ve sent the artist a message to see if he’s planning on releasing it as a print from his Etsy store as i’d much prefer a print over the tee shirt.

    Great interpretation.

That print is amazing! Love it! =D

We’re totally running out of wallspace though… and we’re buying another piece from Acme Archives on Cyber Monday since they’re going to have their annual holiday sale. Hopping to get 26% off or more like last year.

Do you mean to tell me that once your walls are full you’re not going to buy any more goodness??? Come on!!! 🙂

Surely a back up art collection is in order so that you can chop and change?

Lol… we have other rooms to buy art for. Our bedroom is just screaming for art and the future nursery doesn’t have enough yet. I did buy a Muppets print from Acme today to go with one that I picked up at Comic con and we are buying at least two pieces on Monday during the sale. Carbonite is Forever as well as a Little Mermaid piece by Eric Tan for the nursery.

And with the Star Wars office… unless something fits in a frame that’s already on the wall I can’t see buying a random piece that doesn’t fit anywhere. I’m not going to pull everything down just to add one new piece. lol
