This painting of the Millennium Falcon in the asteroid field came up today on etsy. Called “Between A Rock And A Hard Place” it’s painted with acrylic on an acrylic board by an artist called solman1 and i have to say that i think it’s pretty striking. At 23″ by 33″ it’s not a bad size but $1275 is just too much for me, even if it is an original. 😦

There are a few other nice paintings in the artists portfolio, but this one’s the best one by far. It’s also available as a print.

07/01/11: I picked this up today and it’s a very nicely presented print. It’s limited to a 100 edition print run, (of which i have number 4). I do hope that you’ll get one too, solman’s a very nice guywho deserves success. 🙂
