I came across a site called Starwarsaficionado this afternoon and they had some rather intriguing blueprints from 1978 showing the layout of the Millennium Falcon and where things are in relation to each other for the full size mock up.
Very interesting. It’s amazing how many different variations there are to the Falcon’s interior. I hadn’t seen these before, so i’m very much hoping that the Millennium Falcon section of the massive Blueprints book will be very complete and include these too.
It’s interesting to note that Joe Johnston has spelt Millennuium with one N. 🙂

It’s funny there are so many published versions of Falcon interiors through the years, yet each rendition has been able to fit without obvious error. Can’t wait to see how the upcoming Hayne’s manual deals with it.
Yeah, i love hearing of news of books based soley based on the Millennium Falcon, so the Haynes Manual will be a bit of a treat. I’m still very much looking forward to the Blueprints book though, but i’m really hoping that there’s a section that will focus on the Falcon.
I must confess though that i feel that Johnston’s version is probably the most accurate as half the Falcon is engine space. It never really struck a chord with me that the Hyperdrive is a small item about the size of a dustbin.
But if the rear half of Johnston’s Falcon is engine space, where’s the room for cargo? 😀
