Micro Machines transforming head. Nien Numb

I’ve already stated that i really enjoyed Galoob’s Micro Machines line and recently mailed Jad Bean (whose excellent micro machines blog is on my blogroll), to see how many variations of the Millennium Falcon were actually done in the Micro Machines line. It was quite a surprising number of times to be honest. One of the things that Jad mentioned was the Nien Numb transforming head. I’d never seen or heard of this line, but after a little looking about, i found one on ebay. I’ve always quite like Nien Numb as a character and thought he was a pretty cool alien and his link to the Falcon cannot be denied. I just won one on ebay.

It looks as though you get a small Micro Machines figurine and the Head of the character at about 2 inches. The head opens up into the Millennium Falcon cockpit. Pretty cool. (I wonder if there’s a Lando one to complement this?)

The one i bid on is new and still in it’s packaging. (Although i do believe that there were several packaging variations.)

About mffanrodders

A keen Star Wars collector since 1977, my collection focus seems to have taken on a turn towards Han Solo's iconic Star Ship. Why the Millennium Falcon? No one else seemed to have one at the time and it was fair to say that i had difficulty resisting the higher end models. My friend, icruise from Rebelscum has a superb blog for his Jabba the Hutt collection, I thought that i'd start this blog to chart my own collection of Millennium Falcon related stuff as it increases. Well, that was the plan but it now seems to be more about cataloguing any Millennium Falcon item in general now so that i can come back to them later.
