I have the Franklin Mint’s pewter Millennium Falcon and i didn’t find out about the gold one until i saw it in Gus and Duncan’s guide to Star Wars collectibles at the begining of this year. I would imagine that this would have been released at about the same time. I’d like to know if it was a US only release and i’m curious to know how many of these were made.

Every now and then i’ll see one on ebay. I lost out on one a couple of months ago as it went for $140. At least i know what to expect next time. I think that the two of them would look very nice next to each other, but I would’t say that this would be a collecting grail for me, i do want one though. A lot.
